Adobe Reader DC did not start. After reinstall or delete some registry keys it runs for some days. Then the problem occurs. Did any experienced this behavior?

An older Version of Acrobat Reader is running fine.

    Hi AbaGOB,

As you have mentioned that the application does not start, do you get any error message when you try to open the PDF?

What is the dot version of Adobe application and OS installed on your system?

To check the dot version in Windows, launch the application and go to Help menu > About Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

A small window will pop-up with the Application name and number dot version at the top. Please share that dot version number.

If you are Windows, try the cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs to uninstall the application and then restart your system.

Then try to install the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on your system from here Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Check if you still experience the issue in opening the application.

Let us know if you need any help.

    Regards,

    Meenakshi
