thanks you Tariq, for following up

problem has been fixed using cleaner tool , but the issue now when we use it the current version on the PC is DC15,and the machines it will take the latest update via SCCM.so for this case we have to run the clean up tool again ?

and we cannot run this tool for All client Machine (we have more than 5000 PCs)

Thnx

Hi IbrahemO,

I am glad it resolved your problem.

If the new installation is picking the update, there is no need to run the cleaner unless the issue is re-occurring in your domain.

Sometimes, there are leftovers of a previous installation due to many reasons on a machine which causes lots of issues. So we suggest running this cleaner tool to remove those leftovers of the application.

If you feel there is need to run the cleaner on all the machines, please check the description of the cleaner tool there is command line option for it.

Let us know if you have further questions.

Hi IbrahemO,

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Is it happening all the time? Have you tried to check if there are any pending updates? To check, launch Reader>Help>Check for updates.

If there are no updates available. Try repairing the application, to repair,  launch Reader>Help>Repair installation. Restart your machine and try again. If the issue still persists, try using the application in a new user profile on your machine just for the testing purposes. https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4026923/windows-create-a-local-user-or-administrator-account-in-windows-10

Let us know if any of this is helping?
