Adobe Reader DC keeps crashing when using fillable forms.

Question

Adobe Reader DC keeps intermittently crashing while using fillable forms. This mostly happens when using the drop down menus for dates but also happens when I copy & paste information from an email onto the forms. I don't have any issues when typing text or typing dates in the drop down fields and there are no issues inserting pictures. Only with drop down dates and copy & paste. I'm on Windows 11 and copying & pasting from Gmail or Outlook 2019. Thank you in advance.
