Adobe Reader DC keeps opening saved/downloaded files

I've already tried reinstalling Adobe Acrobat Reader, I've also tried all settings in Google Chrome and also reinstalled Google Chrome.

It keeps happening. As soon as I download a .pdf file it's being opened in Adobe Reader.

How do I disable this feature?

I have this turned off.

The problem is Adobe keeps opening every pdf file as soon as I download it in Google Chrome.

I've just tried downloading a pdf in Microsoft Edge and the file wasn't opened after it was saved.
