Adobe Reader DC latest version the top header/menu disappears

Hi,i have just updaed to the latest version which is now regret version 2023.001.20063 64bit.when i open a pdf it opens fine then a few seconds later the top of the windows disappears and and all the menu items also disappear. if i click on Home it comes back but a few seconds later is lost again.Can i get a download for a pervious version? clearly there is something wrong with the latest version. i am running Win11 and has not updated for some time so this IS a reader issue.As i open 50-70 pdf documents a day this is now critical.Mark

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

Looking at the description above, it seems like you have started experiencing this issue with the latest version itself.

Would you mind giving it a try by uninstalling and reinstalling the application using method given below:

Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s file traces:

Download the Acrobat Reader installer from here:

https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

If that doesn't work either, please share the screenshot or a screen recording of the application UI.
