Adobe Reader DC - No Error Popup

I have a staff memeber that is having a No Error Popup when she trys to open PDF's in the Adobe Reader DC. I had her send me the same PDF's and I was able to open them on my laptop. 

I unistalled and re-instaleld the Adobe Reader DC and verified it was up-to date and shes still getting the No Error Popup. Any Idea's on how to fix this?
