Adobe Reader DC opens PDFs as blank file without errors

I'm getting a problem with PDFs from many sources opening as blank grey pages with no errors popping up. Same files open in my old verion of Acrobat 9, and in the free Foxit Reader. Anyone else getting this? If so, I can recommend the Foxit Reader (free).

I am/was having that same issue. I was unable to get resolution with the support team here so I found a work around. I downloaded the file to my computer and then uploaded it to google docs. It opened with all the "missing" content and I was able to print it accurately. Hope this helps!
