Adobe Reader DC Plugin Missing Send File Shortcut

This is a recent issue we've seen at our company.  I'll start with the details first.

Specifications:  This issue occurs in the Adobe PDF Reader Plugin.  Plugin Version is 19.21.20047.354104 (Type: ActiveX Control).  The Version of Internet Explorer is 11.737.17763.0.  This issue affects all devices tested (Laptop and PC on Windows 10 64-bit).  We're running 10.0.17763.

Issue Details:  It appears to manifest itself in that the Send File button on the toolbar is missing.  We've tested to see if it's a UI bug with compression by removing other buttons, but that does not allow the Send File function to appear again.  As can be seen by the attached image (see bottom), this occurs even when the option to show the button is selected.

It's possible to navigate to the share function, but that is not the purpose for submitting this.  What I'm curious about is if there is a work around, if this a new issue, or if this is a known issue.  I need to classify it on our system so we can catalogue it for tickets coming in to our in-house HelpDesk so we can check back for updates/ rollbacks.  We don't know how long this has been a thing, only that our users started realizing it was a problem recently.

If there is a work-around (unlikely due to how little this issue impacts efficiency) or a solution, I'd love to know about it, if only to roll it out if it's something basic.
