Adobe Reader DC: print issue on plotter

Dear forum,

I face an issue related to a plotter and Adobe Reader DC.

I can't print correctly a PDF file containing an AutoCAD draw from Adobe Reader DC.

I mean, I have a correct preview but the print is overzoomed and rotated (see picture).

The print is usually in A1 or A0.

As I suspect an issue related to Adobe Reader, I installed foxit reader and it prints smooth and exactly as previewed.

But foxit reader is not the standard for the company so I want to come back with Adobe Reader.

I already tried to reinstall the software, uninstall and remove all related folders and reinstall, no success.

(Adobe Reader DC: print issue on plotter nothing move on my previous post)

I followed the "Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader" article.

The issue is not present for another user in the same office with the same file on the same printer.

So the issue seems to concern only this computer (occurs also on other sessions on the same computer).

The printer has the latest print driver.

It works on another printer in A4 or A3.

Print as image doesn't solve the issue.

The user has the 2018.011.20038 version of Adobe Reader DC.

He works with Windows 10 version 1709 (16299.371)

Unfortunately, I can't share a file because plans are confidential.

It seems that something linked to the printer and Adobe is still on the computer.

I hope you can help me.

Best regards

Julien

Since we have only seen one photo we don't know what you mean by "overzoomed and rotated". There seems to be a large double rectangle nearly filling what we can see of the paper.

Does the paper match the preview in Acrobat Reader's print dialog?

    Dear Test Screen Name,

Sorry my english is not that good.

I mean the print is in landascape or in portrait. The opposite as it should be printed.

By overzoomed, I mean the print should be in A0 and it seems that the printer want to print bigger.

    The preview is right displayed.

    Best regards
