Adobe Reader DC set to run maximized trouble

My Adobe Reader DC updated yesterday on my Windows 7 and now when ever it opens I have to click restore down.  I have changed the run in properties to maximized but it still opens in a full screen and I have to click restore down to get the size screen I would like to use.  Any suggestions how to fix this?
