Adobe Reader DC stopped working

I have Adobe Reader DC and it stopped working. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it 3 times but it still does not open

Hi, I have a related issue.  Reader DC running on Win10v1809.
Selecting "Tools" (From the top line menu) crashes to desktop.  Selecting "More Tools" from the side bar CTD.  So does selecting File Properties or Profile Preferences.....all CTD.
I was using the Tools to add my digital Signature on Reader DC.  Until this week. 
Uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no change.

Adobe Reader DC will not open. I am running windows 10. What is this acrobat cleaner tool and what will it do ?

What does "stopped working" mean, exactly? What is your operating system?
