Adobe Reader DC Values not Visible

We have a application which takes specific input fields, runs a calculation and renders the data in .pdf page format.  In doing so our output is generated and the pages is created with a password for editing only.  We allow printing, but not Document Assembly, Content Copying, Content Copying for Accessibility, Page Extraction, commenting, Filling form fields, signing and  creation of template pages.  When opening the .pdf in Adobe Reader DC, there are specific values which are not visible.  They are with the Adobe DC Pro version and Adobe XI (Version 11.0.10).  Has anyone seen this ?
