I am having a problem on printing PDF file containing logo after update to version 2019.

When printing using the new version many GIF or JPG logo print half the size of it only.

While using previous version of Adobe Reader DC V.2018 do not have this problem.

I have also installed the Extended Fonts language pack but I check the Ver. 2019 may

not be fully compatible with the new version.

Will there by any new version or update for Extended Fonts language pack?

Adobe Acrobat and Reader official update (19.008.20074) containing the fix for this issue is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update early by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.

More information about this release is here: 19.008.20074 Optional update, October 08, 2018 — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products

Updating to 19.008.20074 actually solves the problem. I don't understand just one thing.

Since you know that version 19.008.20071 is defective, why do you still make it available on the website Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: instalator wszystkich wersji ?

And also need to disable the Autoupdater of Adobe Reader DC from services,.msc else it will automatically update to latest version.

Yes, exactly thats the problem I am encountering now.

I am not sure if this has any related problem with the Extended fonts pack of Aodbe Reader DC.

So the temporary solution I can do is to uninstall it and install the previous version of 2018 DC and the print out can works correctly again.

Just if Adobe will have any update patch of whatever to solved this issue.

We have more than 500 computers. I don't want to go back to version 2018. May Adobe find a quick solution to the problem.

We have a similar problem. On version 2018 the printouts come out correctly. On version 2019 the graphics are cut in half.

I enclose examples of correct and incorrect printing.

Additionally, I noticed that after the update version from 2018 to 2019, the ActiveX control in Internet Explorer disappeared on some computers. Wherever the ActiveX control remains, printouts are generated correctly.
