Adobe Reader DC works in Local Admin but not for user in Windows 10

Adobe Reader DC opens for a few seconds with a blank white screen and automatically closes down in 2 seconds while logged in as a user other than local admin on windows 10.

Uninstall and Reinstall made no difference.

Uninstall, delete Adobe folders from user profile and Program Files, cleared the Temp folders, Reinstall did not work as well.

Please advise.

Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 25.001.20428 Planned update, Mar 04, 2025.
