Am I able to download and install Adobe Reader on 700 company computers or do I need to purchase anything/sign up to any agreement?

Thanks,

Helen

You need a license, since the standard agreement requires each individual user to install the app themselves, and accept the agreement themselves. Currently free. https://acrobat.adobe.com/uk/en/acrobat/pdf-reader/volume-distribution.html
