Adobe reader does not let me record, close, anything!!! It just makes a sound in any letter I type! help me please I really need somebody's help!!!

Hi Veronicam16332971,

Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused to you.

As explained above, it seems like Adobe Reader has frozen and not letting you to use any function.

I assume you are working on windows computer? If yes, then you may close the Acrobat services from the background and try again.

Right click on Taskbar>Open task manager>Select Acrobat>End Task
