Adobe reader does not recognize most passwords of my files

Bonjour,

Depuis hier , Adobe reader ne reconnait plus les mots de passe de mes dossiers. Ces memes fichiers avec le meme mot de passe sur un autre ordinateur fonctionne parfaitement.

J'ai desinstallé, reinstaller , fait une verification anti virus et anti malware mais rien n'y fait.

Des idées, suggestions ????

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    Are you still experiencing this issue? If yes, could you please confirm dot version of Reader and the operating system installed on the machine? To check the version in Reader: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

    Also, try removing using cleaner tool which you can download from here: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs,​ reboot the machine, and install Reader from here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution and try again.
