Adobe reader doesn't open a second file.

Dear all,

I becoming crazy with a stupid issue. Opening a first  file from our computer everything is going well but at the same time if I try to open a sencond file by clicking on it ( example form desktop)  adobe reader does't open it.

How i can solve it?

    - What version of Reader do you have?

    - What operating system do you have?

    - What happens when you attempt to open the second file? Is there an error message of some kind?

    - What happens if you attempt to open it from within Reader itself, not by double-clicking it?

    dated 2017/08/10

    What operating system do you have?

    Win 7 pro - service pack1

    hat happens when you attempt to open the second file? Is there an error message of some kind?

    No window error appear. Nothing is happening. Simply the file is not opened.

    - What happens if you attempt to open it from within Reader itself, not by double-clicking it?

    it is opened.
