Adobe reader download error - Line 351

Hi there,

i have proble in downloading the adobe reader sowft ware , the download goes ok , after finish , and i try to open

it give error line : 251

error : permission denied

and if i ignore this message and try to open the program it cloese right after ,!

i have windows 7 - 64bit

how can i solve this issue ?
