I can't seem to install abobe reader on Windows 10.  It downloads but when it get to 90% install it stops and says that It failed to install.  I had it running before with no problems but when I last used it yesterday it failed to start.  So I uninstalled it and used the cleaner tool, but now I cant re-install it.

A month or so ago I was needing to reload Acrobat Reader, and on completion of the download it was saying that it was already loaded, which it wasn’t. So I ran that Acrobat Cleaner Tool, and I tried again to install Acrobat Reader, and all went well.

A couple of days ago I downloaded and installed the latest version of ADE. It fails to work as it should: it won’t load acms or epub files, and it eventually hangs. I have tried 4 or 5 times, with the same result. I have also tried running earlier versions of the installer; with the same result.

Should I try the cleaner tool, or doesn’t that have any benefit for ADE issues.
