Adobe Reader is already used in another browse window.

Hello

When I open a PDF file in the browser IE 11 it is displayed in the browser. When I open a second PDF file, the following error occurs

Adobe Reader is already used in another browse window.
In the File Browser, select New Window to create another
Reader session


Why this?

For technical reasons, I can not display it in a new window.

    Hi Reinhard, 

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    I am not able to reproduce the issue in-house. Would you try installing Reader DC Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution and let us know if that helps.

    If you already have figured a solution to this problem, please respond with your findings that will help others.
