Adobe Reader is auto-upgrading to Acrobat Pro on terminal servers

Users do not have admin rights, yet Adobe Reader is somehow upgrading to Acrobat Pro. Causing all users to not be able to open PDFs.

How do I stop this upgrading? - Absolutely unacceptable by Adobe.

I'm appalled no one has responded to this yet. This is a serious issue. They are forcing companies to essentially buy Pro for every single user, otherwise, staff cannot work.
