Adobe Reader is not responding

Since today morning, Adobe Reader has not responded. When I launch the application, the loading icon appears and I can't do anything but close the application by using the activity monitoring. I have to inform you that it only happens with the desktop version, not with the mobile one. I have got a MacBook Air M1 2020 with MacOs Monterey. What should I do? Thanks.

Could you please check what is the application version? Check if there is any update available in the app and also check if there is any pending OS update.

Good evening Sir,
the problem is that I cannot use Adobe Acr. Reader, because it doesn’t give me time to open anything. Acrobat Reader simply stops as it starts, with loading icon on. I can’t check the version number or anything else.
For now, I thank you for your help.

Hi!

I have exactly the same issue! I can't sign in with my university credentials and immediately stops working. If anyone can help, I would appreciate a lot! Thank you.
