Adobe Reader is not working properly

Hello,

I have a few issues with my Adobe PDF Reader. I can't select any text. Also, the ctrl+scroll does not zoom the file. If I use the hand tool, it does not work at all.

I have already reinstalled it, but the problem continues. What else can I do to fix that?
