Adobe reader is super large on monitor connected to my Surface Pro4

Can you please help to reduce size of Reader on my external monitor connected to Surface Pro4.  It appears about twice the normal size and is difficult to print etc.  i have tried going in to edit- preferences- and setting no scaling, but it doesn't save and makes no difference.  thank you.
