adobe reader issue

have issues installing adobe reader on the computer to read pdf files. error: connection failed. click retry to try again. once done. error: installation failed. could not install. need assistance regarding the same.

please revert back to the number provided.

Version of Reader you are trying to install.
You operating system (Win/Mac) with version.
