Adobe Reader Issues

The email button in Adobe Reader DC doesn't work.  I have worked with support and they could not fix it online.  They said they would escalate the issue and I got a call back two days later at 7 pm while I was not in the office.  I tried calling back the number provided but they said they could not help me and to ask for help on the forum.  I even have a case number.

I have Outlook 2016 and Reader DC.  They are both up to date.  I have ran checks multiple times with no results.  I have tried repairs, un-checking outlook and rechecking it as the default email, and more, and nothing has worked.  Please help me with this issue.

I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling adobe.  I'm at a loss here.  Does anyone have any ideas?
