Adobe Reader konnte "xyz.pdf" nicht lesen ...

Hallo,

seit kurzem ist mir aufgefallen, daß ich gespeicherte PDF-Dateien, die 2016 oder früher mit dem Programm WinScan2PDF.exe erzeugt wurden, nicht mehr lesen kann.

Alle Dateien aus 2017 sind ok. Der Fehler ist unabhängig von der Windows-Version (Win 7 bis 10).

Auch die neueste Programmversion des Adobe Reader hilft nicht.

<<<  since a short time I found, that saved PDF-files, which are generated with the program "WinScan2PDF.exe" in 2016 or earlier, are no longer readable. All files saved in 2017 are ok. The error is independent of the Windows-version (Win 7 up to 10).

The newest version of Adobe Reader is not helpful as well. >>>

    What can you see at the first few lines when you open the file in notepad?

    Guten Abend,

    in der Zwischenzeit habe ich 2 screenshots angefertigt. Das erste zeigt eine Datei, die lesbar ist.Das zweite ist typisch für eine nicht lesbare Datei.

    You can see that the second doesn't begin with "%PDF". It is not a PDF file.
