adobe reader not opening properly

Every time that I open a file with adobe reader dc , a window of ST is opening intermittence and I cannot doing anything until it shuts down. I tried to reinstall it, but it happens again....it's frustraiting

  • Operating system and version number 
  • The full text of any error message (s) 
  • What you were doing when the problem occurred 
  • Screenshots of the problem and/or error messages 

 

What do you mean with "...a window of ST is opening intermittence..." Please explain more detailed.
