Adobe Reader not printing

We recently got a new printer for our office.  It is a Epson Workforce WF-2760.  All other programs will print except for Adobe.  I have made sure that the correct printer is selected.  I have also contacted Epson.  They directed me to you guys.  Please help me correct this problem.  We use this function a lot in the office, and it is a hassle when it doesn't print.

    I have Adobe Reader XI.  I see no error messages.  I have changed it to "print image."  The correct printer is chosen.  This is a windows. Some times the item will print, and sometimes it will not.

    Could you please try checking update for Reader and see if that resolves the issue:

    Launch Reader>click Help>select Check for Updates.

    If that doesn't work, try disabling Protected Mode and see if that works:

    Launch Reader>click Edit>Preferences>Security(Enhanced)>uncheck the box Enable Protected Mode at startup>click OK

    Relaunch Reader and try to print.

    Please note: Disabling Protected Mode is for troubleshooting purpose only, and not recommended. Please turn the feature back on after troubleshooting is complete.

    Hi kealyb80637651,

    Try to follow below mention steps and see if that resolves the issue with the printing:

    1- Print as image- launch Reader>open any pdf in it>click File>Print

    2- Select your printer from the drop down options available under Printer>then click Advanced

    3- Check the box which says Print As Image>click OK>Print

    Could you please confirm the version of Acrobat Reader installed on the machine?

    To check the version- launch Reader>click Help>About Adobe Acrobat Reader

    Do you see any error message when Reader doesn't print?

    Also, the Operating System installed on the machine-Mac/ Windows ?
