Adobe reader not 'saving as'.. shows blank screen

My reader won't save as any files. Keeps showing blank screen.

Hi mariama95535946,

Please unmark the option "Show online storage when open files" .

Open application, navigate to Edit menu > Preferences > General.

Click on OK below and then try to save file.
