Adobe Reader not working since early/mid October 2022

My reader isn't opening, requires admin; pdf icons don't do anything; no email opening capability?  Un-installed & re-installed, repaired install, & did another manual update....still doesn't work.  Microsoft Windows 10 (64); should i used app from microsoft? I usually don't have troubel with Adobe stand alone???

We apologize for the delay in response. 

Since you have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application, you must try launching it in a different user account.

Create a Hidden Admin account, and then launch the Acrobat Reader.

 

If it still doesn't work, then. 

Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s files traces:

Download the Acrobat installer from here:

https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
