Adobe reader offline installer and Adobe flash player offline installer

Question

Where can I get the latest versions of Adobe reader offline installer and Adobe flash player offline installer? I need to package that with my application.

For example,

install_flash_player_ax.exe is the offline installer for adobe flash player.

AcroRdrDC1502020039_en_US.exe is the offline installer for adobe reader

You are not allowed to package installers with your application. End users must download it. Exception for in-house deployment only, for which a special license is needed. (By the way, did you know Flash Player is near end of life and will be completely blocked soon?)
