Adobe reader opens a aprticlular PDF file bank.

We're sorry for the trouble you had, Please try the following steps mentioned below and check if it brings any difference:

Navigate to Edit menu in Adobe Reader>Preferences>General> and uncheck these two options:

•     Show online storage when opening files.
•     Show online storage when saving files.

Also, from Edit menu in Adobe Reader>Preferences>Page Display>under 'page Content and Information'>select 'Show large images'.

Have you saved the PowerPoint file as 'Save As Adobe PDF' or the Microsoft's saving option as 'PDF'?

If it is specific to one PDF, is it possible to share the file with us so that we can test it at our end?

To share the file, please use Adobe Send feature, login to https://cloud.acrobat.com/send using your Adobe ID(email) and password, upload the file, share the link to files via private message only, How Do I Send Private Message

Hi..Issue is faced only with power point file which are saved as .pdf.  no issue with opening actual pdf file.
