Hello

Is it possible to change and save the viewing properties of a PDF in Adobe Reader? It is for someone who is using Canva to create a 4 page brochure but wants to email it to clients as a 2 up cover page without asking me to covert using Acrobat Pro every time she needs to update it.

Thanks

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi @cdeasy,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

There's no perfect method to 100% guarantee the exact context of where the PDF is opened, using JavaScript to detect the presence of Acrobat-specific objects or browser-specific objects should help guide your form adjustments based on the environment. You can then use that information to position form fields accordingly.

While I am no expert in JavaScript, I would suggest waiting for our community experts to have a look at the thread and add in their expert comments.

Regards,
Souvik.
