dear i have a subscription for Pro DC reader

i have move to a new computer IT have install DC reader but want to move back to my pro subscription

how should it do ?

    It's not an update or upgrade, but a complete product. Reader is not changed (and is usually uninstalled to avoid confusion). Please try this page: Download Acrobat DC Continuous

    Your problem may be caused by mixing up the names of things. There is no such thing as "Reader Pro" or "Pro Rrader" so your IT may have made the best guess.

    The he free product is Acrobat Reader. Once it was called Adobe Reader.

    The subscribed product is Acrobat Pro. DC is the version, so in full, Acrobat Pro DC. Your IT need to install this for you. Tell them: it must be the "continuous" version if it is the retail product. Tell them also that if this is the volume license product, you cannot use the retail download. If you are allowed to install software yourself, and this was a retail subscription, let us know, and we can help you find a link.  We cannot give you a link for the volume license version.
