adobe reader sierra 10.12 pc incompatibility

We are a PC shop and use Smartforms developed with Adobe Acrobat. Our Mac users have problems with the forms using Adobe Reader. Some lines disappear and auto populating doesn't always work. We are stuck.

NEVER MIND!!! It appears that the Mac user was using Preview, not Adobe reader...grrrrr.
