We are running  Adobe Reader version 21.001.20145 on server 2019

This is a VIrtual desktop

Reader is unusuable to open and print to any printer.  In particular a citizen label printer.

I have turned off

preferences>general>show online storage

Preferences>security (enhanced)>enable protected mode and enable enhanced security

Added registry key: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\FeatureState

Advance print setup> Print as image

Printer is a Citizen CL-S700

Also very slow for other network printers

Any help would be appreciated

    Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

What happens when you try to print the PDF file? Do you get any error messages? If yes, please share a screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

Also, please try updating the Acrobat Reader DC to the recent version 22.1.20085 from the help menu > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

You may also download the patch manually from the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html and see if that helps.

    Regards

    Amal

    Hi Amal

Thanks for your reply.  There is a driver error message in the event log however only when printing from Adobe.  I will install the patch and test.

    Thanks

    Amal.
