Adobe reader Standard

When installing adobe reader DC Standard I get.

error ERROR: DW071:, ERROR: DW003: Third party payload installer Adobe Acrobat\Setup.exe failed with exit code: 1603

I have ran the cleanup tool and the c++ repairs what do I do now.
