    Hello Josephp,

Are you referring to export a PDF file to Word document format? The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF subscription with your current Adobe ID(email).

If you wish to export a PDF file to Word document, you can access the service through the URL Adobe Document Cloud on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

For detailed information about the Adobe ExportPDF service, you may refer to the Adobe article FAQ | Adobe Export PDF, Document Cloud

If you wish to access the Adobe ExportPDF service through the freeware Adobe Reader desktop application, then sign-in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader and can access the service.

To download Adobe Reader, please use the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

If you have a different query, then as correctly mentioned by TestScreenName, please share detailed information about your query/issue and share some screenshots https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

    We're here to help.

    Thanks,

    Anand Sri.
