Adobe Reader want all few days the registration code

Question

Hello,

we use the Adobe Reader (full version) an we registered it. But all few days it want the registration key again and then it keep it for a few days an then it asks again.

Can somone help me?

Something is certainly wrong because Adobe Reader doesn't have an activation code at all, it is free. Do you mean you have Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard? If so, what version exactly? Mac or Windows? And subscription or perpetual license.
