adobe reader won't open 2 pdf files from onedrive

If i try to open two pdf files from the onedrive (used as a surver drive on our netwerk) I an only view one file at the same time. I have to close the file first and open the next file. It won't open two files at the same time.

But if i try opening two pdf files saved on the desktop locally, it works perfect.

Probably some settings has changed in the onedrive?

Is anyone familiar with this problem and has a solution?

Hi Lisas,

Check if an update is available for Reader using "Check for updates" option under "Help" menu, reboot the machine after installing update and try again. You may also download updates from here: Adobe software and product updates

Also, try to add network directory as mapped drive to trusted locations under Security (Enhanced). You may refer to this KB doc for more info: Trust Methods — Acrobat Application Security Guide
