Since yesterday and all of a sudden, Adobe Reader will not open on Windows 10. I've tried running it as an administrator, I've repaired it, I've uninstalled and re-installed it - all to no avail. A white screen comes up and disappears again. Please help.

Hello,

I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.

Please restart the machine once, and use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove any corrupt or conflicting installation files, restart the machine, and download Acrobat Reader's latest version 24.005.20421 Optional update, Feb 24, 2025.

Ensure you have all the mandatory or optional updates of the operating system installed.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
