Adobe Reader XI 11.0.10

Hey,

A current client of my company has several Windows 2012 R2 servers. On every server but one they have 11.0.15 installed and it works perfectly fine. On the one server with 11.0.10 they are unable to open an invoice from Russia despite having the Asian font pack installed and updated. This invoice also does not open with the latest version of Adobe DC and the clients wish to continue using 11.0.15 despite the security risks.

I have two thoughts on this problem.

First, is there anyone that I can find a 11.0.15 exe file?

Second, am I somehow not connecting the adobe font pack correctly to the preexisting 11.0.10 application?

Sorry for the delay in response.

As per the issue description mentioned above, users are unable to open an invoice in Russian language in Adobe Reader version 11.0.10 but the same pdf can be opened in Reader version 11.0.15 as well as in Reader DC, is that correct?

What happens when you try to open invoice- are the characters not displaying correctly or if there is an error message?

Have you tried opening other pdf files in Reader?

Would it be possible if you can share the link for the file?

Hey there,

Your link did not work to download the 11.0.15 update and I was looking for the 11.0.15 base product. When trying to open the PDF with 11.0.10 it will not open at all. I can not remember the exact error but basically it says it can not be opened.

This client has about 40 terminal servers and for some reason 39 of them are running 11.0.15, which works perfectly fine yet one server is running 11.0.10.

They are currently running tests on DC to see if this is a viable option but in the mean time are you able to get the base version of 11.0.15?

Hi!

I would like to mention that there is no base version of 11.0.15. You can install 11.0.14 quarterly update and then install 11.0.15 patch using following links:
