When Adobe Reader DC replaced IX, I was very unhappy because DC took away important features for me, like adding text,  signing, comments, highlighting, etc. so I found XI and I am still using Adobe Reader XI.  Is it possible that those features have been reinstated with the current version of the FREE Reader DC?

These features became available with Adobe Reader XI.
They are still available in Acrobat Reader DC.
