I would like to highlight that the EOS(core support) for Adobe Reader XI is 15-Oct-17, hence suggest to check for the latest version if there is any (for the upgrade).

I have checked and there seems to be no further version after 11.0.x. Please help to confirm with vendor if possible.

Precision is very important in such cases. There is no version of Windows called exactly "Windows 2012 R2" but you can check system compatibility on this page: System requirements for Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

So far as I know there is no option to purchase support for Acrobat Reader DC.

You will probably need an enterprise distribution license for Acrobat Reader. So far as I know, there is no charge for this license, but the terms must be carefully observed.

    Hi Team,

Please help to confirm with Adobe whether the Acrobat Reader DC (version 2015.020.20039) is compatible with Windows 2012 R2 OS versions. Also, it would be helpful if you can confirm whether there are any license or support to be purchased for the latest reader verison.

and one think i can't able to see WIN 2012 R2 In your portal ( as you given earlier )
