Hi,

A week ago, I have dowloaded Adobe Reader XI on MacBook Air, however the installation process froze. I cannot close the window and cannot turn off my laptop since a week now. The software is still being installed but it's actually not moving it's just frozen I tried many things like force quit or delete the plug-ins but nothing worked. The window cannot be closed.

Please can you help me

You must use Acrobat Reader DC: http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Acrobate du PDF, InDesigner et Photoshopographe

Why are you trying to install such an ancient version? It's not compatible with any current OS version, so unless your laptop runs an ancient OS, it's not surprising it's not working correctly.
