Adobe reinstallation problem.

Question

OS : Windows 10 64bit.Install adobe reader dc, uninstall adobe reader.Try to reinstall adober reader dc,got the below error screen  The words are in traditional Chinese _ the message says something like installation program detected your pc have installed products that have more functions. Install will be ended Already try the AdobeAcroCleaner_DC2021 to remove all adobe products but no success. Deleted all files named adobe . no success. Try the offline installation and the online one, same problem.Any suggestions on how to fully uninstall adobe reader dc  ?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble and the delay in response. I hope you would be able o fix it by now.

If the issue still persists, as mentioned you have tried to remove the application using Acrobat Cleaner Tool and reinstalling with no success.

Please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows and try installing the application there using the link - https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/and see if that works for you.
