ADOBE'S FREE TRIAL OFFER is now blocking my annual subscription to and use of Adobe

Question

I have an annual Adboe subscription. A client sent me an Adobe created from from an insurance company the contains a pop-up Adobe offer for a FREE 7 day trial.  Now I cannot print the Adobe insurance form nor can I use our copier to created and email a usabel Adobe file.  It's always BLOCKED  by the Free trisl offer and if you don't sign up for it the Adobe file disappears from the screen.  How do I fix this fast?  I use Adobe multiple times a day and absolutely must get access to my subscription,  Thnaks.  RJD ADxxxx6xx242

There's no app called "Adobe", that's the company. I'm not being picky, you may be running the wrong app. So, please tell us the exact app you WANT to run and the exact app you FIND you are running. Typical answers (please check, don't guess) are Acrobat Reader, Adobe Reader, Acrobat Standard, Acrobat Pro. If you can't find the answer, please tell us at least whether you pay for anything from Adobe, and exactly what you pay for, or purchased.
