You may have a problem, then. Even if you contact Adobe Customer Service, they are not in the business of giving "perrmission". They can only refer you to the EULA, which you should pass to your legal team if needed.

Informally (I am not a lawyer and do not work for Adobe) can be freely installed by an individual for personal or commercial use, subject to the limitations in the EULA. HOWEVER, the license does not allow anyone to distribute it, to install it for others, or to accept or bypass the EULA for any other person. In these cases (normal IT activity) your company would need to apply for, and be granted, a redistribution license. There is no possibility of talking to anyone or having special terms.
